1998 parliamentary elections
The Democratic Peoples' Party of Moldova ran in March 22, 1998 parliamentary elections within "For a Democratic and Prosperous Moldova" Electoral Bloc, which was cast 294,691 valid votes (18.16%), and thus received seats in Parliament.
1999 general local elections
In the general local elections of May 23, 1999 elections the Democratic Peoples' Party of Moldova received:
- 25 mandates (0.41%) in municipal, city and village councils.
2003 general local elections
DPPM participated in the local elections 2003 within the electoral bloc "Alliance Social-Liberal Moldova Noastra" which won:
- 227 mandates in the rayonal and municipal councils (20.16%);
- 2,402 mandates in city and village councils (22.16%);
- 191 mayor mandates (21.27%).
