Article 133. Obstruction of pre-electoral agitation

The obstruction of pre-electoral agitation is punished by deprivation of freedom for a term of up to two years, or by a fine worth up to 50 minimal wages.

Article 133/1. Intentional distribution of false data about candidates in parliamentary elections

The intentional distribution of false data about candidates in parliamentary elections is punished by deprivation of freedom for a term of up to two years, or by a fine worth up to 50 minimal wages.

Article 133/2. Obstruction of the exercise of the right to vote

Any form of obstruction of the free exercise of the right to elect and be elected is punished by deprivation of freedom for a term of six months to five years.

When such obstruction is carried out along with any form of attack on precincts, infliction of serious body damage, jeopardising the life of individual as well as theft of voting boxes and electoral documents, it is punished by deprivation of freedom for a term of three to ten years.

Opening ballot boxes before the legally established time for closing the voting is punished by deprivation of freedom for a term of six months to three years.

Article 133/3. Forgery voting results

Forgery of any form of the voting results is punished by deprivation of freedom for a term of six months to four years.

Article 134. Forgery of electoral documents and intentional miscalculation of votes

The forgery of electoral documents and intentional miscalculation of votes, as well as the violation of the secrecy of vote, be it by a member of the electoral commission or by an official individual, are punished by deprivation of freedom for a term of up to three years or by a fine worth up to 50 minimal wages.
