Resolution on the Fulfillment by the Department for Emergency Situations of its Fire Protection Tasks during the Period of General Local Elections of 25 May 2003

The Department for Emergency Situations is responsible for the prevention of fires at premises of electoral bodies during the electoral period.
According to Articles 22 and 26 of the Electoral Code, the Central Electoral Commission decides:
The Department for Emergency Situations is urged to ensure fire protection at premises of electoral premises nationwide throughout the electoral period.
