Resolution on the ceiling of funds that can be wired into the "Electoral Fund"
Chisinau, 4 April 2003
According to Article 38 (2) of the Electoral Code, the Central Electoral Commission decides:
The ceiling of funds that can be wired into the "Electoral Fund" is established:
- For every party, socio-political organisation, electoral bloc – 1 million MDL;
- For independent candidates running for mayor of villages (communes) – 50,000 MDL, towns (municipalities) mayor – 75,000 MDL, Chisinau municipality – 200,000 MDL;
- For independent candidates running for councilors in the village (commune) councils – 15,000 MDL, town (municipal) councils – 35,000 MDL, district councils – 75,000 MDL, the Chisinau municipal council – 75,000 MDL.
