The object of the complaint is the "verbal attacks" on the Electoral Bloc "Social Liberal Alliance "Our Moldova" made during the TV show "Rezonans" broadcast on the TV Moldova 1 Channel of the Public Teleradio-Moldova Company on 23 March 2003. Since no resolution has been adopted yet on granting airtime to electoral contestants, the Electoral Bloc "Our Moldova" calls upon the Central Electoral Commission to prevent the abusive use by representatives or supporters of the ruling party of the media against other electoral contestants, and demands access to the Teleradio-Moldova TVM 1 Channel in order to reply to the said accusations.
